We’re a community of ambitious entrepreneurs who believe that building bigger businesses and living better lives aren’t mutually exclusive; they’re interconnected. Through weekly coaching calls, mastermind principles, and a private community, we’ve created an ecosystem where authentic connection drives meaningful growth, both personally and professionally.
At Charlotte Entrepreneurs, we lead with depth over surface-level transactions. We start with who you are, not just what you do. Because when you connect with people from a place of authenticity and vulnerability, that’s when real transformation happens. That’s when you build the kind of relationships that expand your thinking, your possibilities, and your impact.
Our Story
Charlotte Entrepreneurs was born in 2023 out of a need for something different in Charlotte’s entrepreneurial landscape. There were plenty of places to exchange business cards, but few spaces designed for real depth. We craved something more—a place where entrepreneurs could show up as their full selves, lead with authenticity and vulnerability, and connect around shared values and vision.
On September 13, 2023, we kicked off our first event at Tyber Creek. The response was overwhelming. Over 50 entrepreneurs showed up ready to connect deeply and intentionally—not based on job titles or elevator pitches, but based on who they really are and what they’re working toward.
The traditional approach asks “what do you do?” first, which immediately boxes people into assumptions and mental shortcuts. When you hear someone’s a marketer or a founder, you think you know their story. But we flip that script. We start with depth and humanity. We get to know the person first. Then, when we learn what they do, it comes from a place of genuine curiosity and an established foundation of trust.
Our events continued to gain momentum throughout 2023, but we knew there needed to be more. Monthly gatherings were creating sparks, but we wanted to build a sustained fire.
On June 1, 2024, we launched our membership platform to take Charlotte Entrepreneurs to the next level. The membership includes weekly personal and professional coaching calls, plus a private community that keeps the conversation and connection going between sessions. This deepened structure brought the mastermind principle to life in Charlotte.
Napoleon Hill referred to the mastermind as a “third brain”—where the collective power of the group becomes greater than the sum of its individual members. That’s exactly what we’ve created. A place where you can learn from experts on how to grow your business, clarify where you’re going and why, and face the tough questions that nobody else will ask you. The questions that lead to breakthroughs.

I'm a mindset & success coach and the founder of Charlotte Entrepreneurs.
Beginning with a successful Army career as an Infantry Officer and a few years in the banking world as a consultant, I eventually decided to go all in on myself and entrepreneurship.
I quickly built a thriving real estate portfolio that allowed me to leave the land of the employed in 13 months. It wasn’t long before I realized that with my new found freedom came a loss of purpose.
After a couple of years of intense self discovery, entrepreneurial experimentation, and trial & (lots of) error, I realized that hidden in my Army & entrepreneurial experiences was a calling.
My gift is perspective and seeing blind spots, helping entrepreneurs identify where they’re on autopilot living the life expected of them and shifting them to leading a more intentional, fulfilled, & successful life.
Your business should be a battery that powers an incredible life.
Your success should be defined by you, not by others.
Your decisions should be made with intention, not default.
